Yes, as long as you need them to be fully functional. You can add guests and viewers to your Webvizio projects at no cost, in addition to the core team. However, guests and viewers will only have limited access to the platform’s functionality and will not have the ability to alter or overwrite shared tasks. Typically, these users are only invited to the account temporarily to provide feedback on the current project status or to share some inputs on specific tasks. Before proceeding with the payment, please make sure that you have registered a new user or already have a free account with us.

1. Choose one of the three Lifetime licenses, that suits your company’s needs best
2. Clicking the “Buy now” button and it will bring you to the checkout page
3. Fill out all the necessary information about your company including the email that will be associated with the license as an account owner/billing manager. Please note that we won’t be able to change this email for you, so make sure that you’ve provided the right email.
4. After the checkout, we will email you an invoice and a receipt.
5. Please allow up to 24 hours for us to assign a new license to your Webvizio account. Once your license is assigned, we will reach out to you via email.

You can submit your refund request to billing@webvizio.com within 3 (three) business days after the purchase.
